A NEW
social dimension

In an increasingly uncertain and polarized global context, we have chosen to address the issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion with responsibility and a long-term vision, integrating them into our strategy, processes, and corporate culture. Not because it’s trendy, but because we want to improve the quality of work and the company’s competitiveness.

Our approach is pragmatic: putting the right person in the right place, without prejudice based on gender, ethnicity, age, or ability, means valuing skills and increasing organizational efficiency. Diversity introduces complexity but, at the same time, generates value: teams with multidisciplinary skills and diverse perspectives generate more innovative, creative, and effective design solutions.

Steps Toward Equal Opportunities
